Mugwort 20g, Safflower 20g

Benefits:

Helps activate blood circulation and unblock Qi (energy) channels, benefits skin, disperses cold and alleviates pain. Good for swollen, tired feet. Also beneficial for coughs and flu prevention.

Directions:

Boil the ingredients in 5 cups of water for 40 minutes. Let it reduce to a concentrated mixture of about 3 cups. Strain the herbs and save for another cooking. Pour water and 1.5 cups filtered mixture into a basin. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes or until there is a slight sweat. Refrigerate herbs and cook again following the directions above.

This single herb pack will make 2  soaks that will last 7-10 days.
